Privacy Policy

Quantum Fence Builder · Effective 2026-08-13

Quantum Fence Builder does not collect your data. The app has no user accounts, makes no network requests, and contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking software. Everything you enter stays on your device unless you choose to share a parts list yourself.

Information the app stores on your device

When you first open the app it offers to save your contact details so they can be printed on the parts lists you hand to customers. If you fill this in, the app stores the following in its own storage area on your device:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your branch or location, if you enter one

This information is never transmitted. It is read back only to fill in the “Prepared by” area of a parts list you generate. You can change or overwrite it at any time from the Settings tab, and deleting the app removes it from your device permanently.

Information the app does not keep

When you export a parts list you may type a customer name for the “Prepared for” line. That name is used to produce the document and is not saved by the app afterward. The fence measurements and style selections you make while building a design are likewise not retained once you leave the app.

Parts lists you generate

Parts lists are rendered into a PDF on your device. Nothing is uploaded to produce one. If you then use the share button, your device's standard share sheet sends the file wherever you direct it, such as email, messages, or a file storage app. At that point the document is handled by whichever service you chose and by that service's own privacy terms. The developer of this app never receives a copy and has no access to it.

Information collected by the developer

None. The app contains no code that reports usage, crashes, device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, or any other information to the developer or to any third party. No advertising or analytics libraries are included.

Children

Quantum Fence Builder is a professional tool for fence estimating. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app changes what it does with information, this page will be updated before that version is released and the effective date above will change. The current version of the policy always appears here.
